Job summary

Labcorp in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections, prepare specimens, and ensure accurate data entry. The role supports high-quality patient care in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 1 year of phlebotomy experience; certification or completed training is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday with potential travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
