You will use lived experience to support engagement, de-escalation, and navigation to services, collaborating with clinical and security staff to foster a safe patient environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred coursework or training in behavioral health or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, supportive presence in the clinic to promote engagement and a recovery-oriented environment.
• Assist patients with navigating clinic services, appointments, and resources.
• Support de-escalation and safe, trauma-informed interactions across common areas and waiting rooms.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff and connect them with appropriate resources.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and security staff to ensure patient safety and care continuity.
• Maintain professional boundaries and comply with organizational policies.
