State of New Hampshire, Department of Safety, Division State Police, SOCPF, is seeking a Campus Patrol Sergeant for the Governor Hugh J. Gallen State Office Park South.

The role involves supervisory police coverage, coordinating unit work, and ensuring safety for state facilities and patients. Minimum qualifications include an associate’s degree and 3 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a certified police officer.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience OR equivalent combination of 5 years of education and experience after high school.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, and supervises unit activities to ensure security and protection on campus and coordinates staffing resources.
• Supervises operations and trains officers to enforce laws and protect campus properties and people.
• Documents cases, supports prosecutions, and enforces parking and traffic regulations as needed.
