Indianrocks in the Town of Florida is seeking a dynamic Campus Pastor to lead a future campus. The Campus Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader and face of the local congregation, driving community outreach and overseeing weekly services.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of pastoral experience, and strong leadership qualities. The role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to the church's mission and values.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of pastoral or ministry leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site church.
• Ordained or eligible for ordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary pastoral presence for Sunday services and ministries.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteer leadership teams.
• Oversee weekly worship experiences ensuring excellence.
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to members.
• Build relationships with local leaders for community outreach.
