Job summary

Indian Rocks Church - Clearwater Campus is seeking a Worship Pastor to lead corporate worship with strong vocal and instrumental performance, and to collaborate with the Lead Worship Pastor on musical content for neighborhood campuses.

You will recruit and develop Worship Ministry volunteers, plan weekend services, and oversee all instruments and equipment to maintain high musical standards across venues.

Qualifications

• College and/or seminary degree completed or actively pursuing.
• Proven worship leadership experience in a local church.
• Ability to travel to multiple campuses.
• High-level vocal and instrumental skill (guitar or keys).
• Lead modern worship styles and craft engaging musical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate worship with high musical standards, creative arrangements and seamless transitions.
• Consult with the Lead Worship Pastor to prepare and deliver musical content for their neighborhood church.
• Recruit, develop, and manage Worship Ministry volunteers and staff for effective ministry.
• Manage and maintain all musical instruments and equipment assigned to their neighborhood church.
