Job summary

Qualifications

Must have completed or be actively pursuing a college and/or seminary degree for ministry work.
Verifiable ministry experience in Music Ministry with proven leadership to motivate and engage a multi-ministry church staff.
Demonstrate high-level vocal excellence and instrumental skill (guitar or keys) with ability to lead modern worship styles, direct band arrangements, and craft engaging musical environments.
Ability to travel to multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

Lead corporate worship with strong vocal and instrumental performance and high musical standards.
Consult with Lead Pastor to prepare musical content for church and Worship Ministry, including special music programs.
Recruit, develop, and manage Worship Ministry staff and volunteers (praise teams, accompaniment, production, ensembles).
Plan and provide media support for concerts, productions, and events with guest artists, weddings, and funerals.
Develop and maintain the music library, manage costs, and oversee instrument/equipment inventory.
