Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid State of Georgia Driver's License
• Five to seven years of job- related experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of all parking garages and surface lots, including special event parking and related parking and enforcement; plan, train and direct activities of contractors
• Ensure facilities operate in accordance with University policy, revenue control, signage and flow of parking operations
• Assist in repairing parking facilities and conduct regular field audits
• Manage parking enforcement and dispatch operations for adherence to GT policies
• Oversee management of special events and enforcement personnel, coordinate staffing and training
• Work with Finance to determine fiscal requirements and annual operating budgets
• Develop a customer-first approach to maximize satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned
