Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking a Temporary Parking Enforcement Officer to enforce campus parking rules and assist with events and parking logistics.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to learn parking regulations. This is a temporary, hourly position based in Greensboro, NC with evening shifts and an on-campus role.

Qualifications

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND DEMONSTRATED POSSESSION OF THE COMPETENCIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE WORK.
• SOME POSITIONS MAY REQUIRE VALID N.C. DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Responsibilities

• Enforce parking rules and regulations on the university campus.
• Issue parking citations to violators in a fair and consistent manner.
• Communicate information about parking on campus to the public.
• Assist in reserving parking areas and placing signs for events.
• Provide proper vehicle and equipment maintenance and safekeep entrusted funds.
