Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with parking and transportation services preferred.
• Must qualify for PCI-DSS training.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; walk/stand/sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student or third-party event staff.
• Assist guests with parking technology.
• Scan or collect event parking permits.
• Operate a mobile credit card terminal for Day-of-Event permit sales.
• Communicate venue regulations to guests.
• Assist in pedestrian and traffic control.
• Maintain controlled access to parking facilities.
• Delivery, set up, collection of parking equipment (cones, signage, barricades).
• Other duties as assigned.
