Qualifications

• Average of 15-20 hours of overtime per week during the academic year.
• Evenings, nights, and weekends work required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with visitors to the campus, providing outstanding customer service.
• Serve as a liaison between guests and departments, offering information with courtesy and professionalism.
• Regulate parking space availability and issue tickets or citations as appropriate.
• Monitor radios and phones for emergencies or route changes; respond promptly and courteously.
• Calculate parking charges, accept payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor in all interactions.
