Job summary

The University of Rochester is seeking a Parking Services staff member to inform and assist the campus community and visitors about parking, traffic, and circulation. You will also host visitors, manage payments for lots and permits, and support dispatch during events and emergencies.

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will help ensure policies are followed, maintain lot usage records, and contribute to safe and efficient transportation on campus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New York State Driver's License with University approval.
• Comfort with data entry and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate information about parking and traffic to students, staff, and visitors.
• Act as University host to visitors and provide parking/traffic guidance.
• Operate parking information and booth facilities and handle payments for daily lots and permits.
• Perform dispatch duties, assist during events, and monitor lot usage and safety.
