Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Match guest parking passes and provide real-time guidance to parking locations.
• Process cashless guest payments.
• Guide vehicles on campus roadways and through parking lots to stalls.
• Conduct routine vehicle inventory counts before and during events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees.
• Move equipment such as traffic cones, barrels, delineators, and signage as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and standards.
• Provide basic parking lot upkeep (sweeping, litter removal).
• Perform other duties to ensure productive operations and customer satisfaction.
