Job summary

University at Buffalo seeks a Parking Services Attendant to be a welcoming, knowledgeable presence on campus, primarily serving the UB South Campus with customer service, parking guidance and enforcement.

Shift is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, with a rotating 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Parking Booth duties include issuing passes and collecting fees, with duties across multiple campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
• Must possess a valid New York State driver license.
• No education or prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line parking information ambassador.
• Provide directions and park information to campus customers.
• Issue parking access passes and collect fees at the information booths.
• Enforce parking rules and issue citations.
• Patrol campus lots and monitor space availability.
