Job summary

LBCC is seeking a part-time Campus Tours & Recruitment Assistant to support Student Recruitment Specialists by coordinating campus tours, outreach, and follow-ups with prospective students. You will input visitor data into the recruitment CRM and assist training of student workers.

Responsibilities include coordinating tours with schools and community groups, updating the tour schedule, and maintaining strong customer service while communicating in English and Spanish as needed.

Qualifications

• Position requires an AA/AS degree, plus one year of related clerical, customer service, or adult education experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have well developed oral and written communication skills and college level math skills.
• Requires desire to work with students and strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide campus visits to prospective students and conduct tours for groups.
• Outreach to schools and community groups to plan large campus tours.
• Input visitors' information into the recruitment CRM system and perform follow-ups.
• Assist with recruitment events and training of student workers and ambassadors.
• Correspond with prospective students by email and in person as needed.
