Article Student Living is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to support on-site marketing and resident engagement. You will be the face of the property, conduct tours for prospective residents, join community events, and assist leadership in attracting qualified leads.

This entry-level role emphasizes people-first training, a supportive team, and opportunities for internal growth within the portfolio. You will report to the Property Manager and contribute to a welcoming housing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a helpful resource for residents
• Take part in campus networking and marketing
• Conduct property tours to potential residents
• Warmly greet visitors and update the log sheet
• Follow-up calls to residents and resident prospects
• Assist the Leasing & Marketing Manager in creating social media postings
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment
