Job summary

Greystar is seeking a part-time campus leasing ambassador to drive leasing traffic by engaging students at events, hangouts, and fairs. You’ll represent the community, share information, and help coordinate outreach on campus.

You will distribute promotional materials, talk to potential residents, and support on-site leasing efforts at various campus events to maximize exposure and interest in Greystar communities.

Responsibilities

• Generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach.
• Talks to leasing prospects about community and housing needs.
• Distributes literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts.
• Attends housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community.
