Job summary

Silgan Dispensing Systems in Connecticut seeks a Campus Operations Leader responsible for overall performance, strategic direction, and profitability of a multi-site manufacturing campus. You will report to executives, lead Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations, and drive EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including plant or general management.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with 100-250+ employees and full P&L accountability.
• 10 years in injection molding and high-speed automated assembly manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding, tooling, polymers, and manufacturing technologies.
• Proven Lean, Kaizen, 6S, Standard Work implementations.
• Experience leading organizational change and strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead campus operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability, and cash flow goals.
• Develop and execute strategic and annual operating plans for growth.
• Prepare and manage site budgets and cost controls.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and standardized processes across sites.
• Oversee safe, efficient production meeting customer expectations.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with Engineering and NPD for launches and capital projects.
• Evaluate investments in technology and systems to improve performance.
• Foster cross-site communication and share best practices.
