Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership with plant or GM responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and 100–250+ employees.
• 10+ years of injection molding and high-speed automated assembly environments.
• Proven Lean, Kaizen, 6S, Standard Work implementations.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Establish a high-performance culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead campus operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic and annual operating plans.
• Prepare and manage site budgets with cost control.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes and Lean principles.
• Collaborate with engineering and new product development for launches and capital projects.
