Silgan Dispensing Connecticut is seeking a high-impact Connecticut Campus Operations Leader to direct multiple manufacturing sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or a related field is required (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership including plant/general management in a complex environment.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Service, and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with 100-250+ employees and full P&L accountability.
• 10+ years in injection molding and high-speed automated assembly environments.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, polymers, and manufacturing technologies.
• Proven track record implementing Lean, Kaizen, 6S, Standard Work, and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience driving organizational change and strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen to analyze results, budget management, and profitability growth.
• Experience supporting New Product Development and launching products into production.
• Understanding of Quality Systems, SPC, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage at all levels.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
• Lead campus operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability, and cash flow goals.
• Develop and execute strategic and annual operating plans for growth.
• Prepare and manage site budgets with cost control and financial commitments.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes and Lean principles.
• Oversee manufacturing to meet safety, efficiency, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to strengthen customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Engineering and NPD for new product launches and capital projects.
• Evaluate investments in technology, equipment, and systems for performance gains.
• Foster cross-site communication and sharing of best practices across the organization.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop leaders; build succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Code of Conduct, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion EHS, Quality, and Lean initiatives; sustain a culture of safety and improvement.
• Monitor KPIs on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and profitability.
