Job summary

Silgan Dispensing is seeking a Connecticut Campus Operations Leader to drive performance across a multi-site manufacturing campus, reporting to the regional leadership. You will oversee Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations, ensuring safety, profitability, and exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years leadership in manufacturing with P&L accountability.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Experience with injection molding and high-speed assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site campus operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability, and cash flow objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic and annual operating plans.
• Prepare and manage site budgets with effective cost control.
• Drive Lean and standard work across sites to realize continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and New Product Development for successful launches.
