Job summary

Southwest Christian School seeks a Director of Operations to lead campus facilities, transportation, security, dining, and custodial services. You will manage major construction and renovation projects, establish maintenance plans, and coordinate contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations across campuses.

Responsibilities

• Develops preventive maintenance and long-range replacement plans.
• Manages capital projects from conception to completion with budget oversight.
• Coordinates vendors, bids, contracts, and service agreements.
• Ensures compliance with safety, building codes, and school standards.
