Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management or related field.
• EPA 608-type II certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, safety, cleanliness, and function of campus facilities.
• Direct field work 75% of the time, supervising operations and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and scheduling with staff and vendors.
• Ensure health and safety compliance; conduct regular inspections.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; provide performance evaluations.
• Serve as main contact for facilities issues with faculty and admin.
• Report to Supervisor and collaborate with Campus Principal on needs.
• Meet weekly or biweekly for campus walkthroughs and planning.
• Oversee facility improvement projects and report progress.
• Adhere to Valley Christian policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or ELT.
