Job summary

Southwest Christian School, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee campuses' facilities, transportation, security, dining, and other operational functions in support of the school’s mission.

This role combines project management, vendor coordination, team leadership, and hands-on operational support to ensure projects and daily operations are completed effectively, within budget, and with minimal disruption to the school community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in managing construction, facilities, or operations.
• Experience coordinating contractors and multiple vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities, transportation, security, dining, custodial, groundskeeping, and related operational functions across campuses.
• Develop preventive maintenance and long-range replacement plans for building systems and assets.
• Coordinate capital projects from conception through completion with timelines and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, contracts, and service agreements to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support budget development and monitoring for facilities and operations.
