Job summary

Prodeo Academy in St. Paul seeks a Director of Operations to lead campus operations, safety, and family engagement. The DOO partners with principals to protect instructional time, ensure a welcoming environment, and meet enrollment goals.

You will manage the campus operations team, drive daily execution across academies, and translate network expectations into reliable campus practices. You will collaborate with the network director of operations and campus leadership to build scalable systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated ability to manage people, coordinate complex work, and follow through on results.
• Strong organization, project management, analytical skills, and attention to detail; ability to prioritize competing needs and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, a strong service orientation, and the ability to build trust across diverse families, staff, and community partners.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and shared digital systems; ability to learn and use student information, enrollment, purchasing, and project-management tools.
• Commitment to Prodeo’s mission, cultural responsiveness, ethical conduct, confidentiality, and continuous professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus operations team through coaching, clear responsibilities, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Talent and the NDOO on hiring, onboarding, staff development, and coverage.
• Co-lead campus planning with principals and build a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Use the Operations Playbook and data to manage projects and improve systems.
• Drive enrollment and retention goals, managing seats and family needs in planning.
• Coordinate tours, applications, and registrations with Enrollment Team.
• Ensure campus readiness for new scholars, including records and start dates.
• Monitor enrollment data and escalate actions to leadership as needed.
• Oversee safety and incident command under Emergency Operations Plan.
• Coordinate drills, training, and incident debriefs.
• Manage campus budgets, purchasing, inventories, and vendor relationships.
