Job summary

Caliber Service Management is seeking a Site Operations Manager for a large Fortune 500 corporate campus in Westchester County, NY. You will lead snow removal operations, supervise field crews, and coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure safe, uninterrupted service during winter events.

The role requires at least 5 years of commercial snow removal leadership, a high school diploma, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of commercial snow removal leadership and management experience.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and work in cold weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality work.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily AM site inspections, weather/condition reports and operational plans for service.
• Execute and direct service delivery; manage active storms and communicate with stakeholders.
• Plow, de-ice, and provide clearing support.
• Read, understand and implement detailed scopes of work and service level agreements.
• Facilitate communication between field staff, supervisors and client location.
• Train and guide vendors; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain quality control reports and respond to client issues.
• Provide emergency support and after-hours coverage as required.
