Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Campus Operations Coordinator to run the daily campus operations end-to-end, ensuring the 2-Hour Learning schedule stays on time and interruption-free.

You will own front-line tech support, coordinate with IT, and build trust with students, families, and staff through crisp communication. You’ll implement safety protocols and support events and onboarding to keep the campus performing at a high level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1+ years managing multi-faceted operations in education, events, hospitality, or a similar high-service environment.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; ability to work on-site in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Run daily campus operations end-to-end to keep the 2-Hour Learning schedule on time and interruption-free.
• Own front-line tech support (device setup, quick troubleshooting) and coordinate escalations with IT.
• Build trust with students, families, and staff through crisp communication and consistent follow-through.
• Implement and audit campus safety protocols; manage drills, incident logs, and vendor coordination.
• Support events, staff onboarding, supplies/facilities management to maintain high performance.
