Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Operations Coordinator to manage the operational heartbeat of our campus. You will oversee safety, facilities, logistics, and day-to-day tech administration, coordinating with parents, staff, and vendors to create a confident, well-run environment.

This hands-on, on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in a related operational field, plus comfort with tech troubleshooting and device management, to ensure smooth campus operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role.
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, including access control, health incidents, drills, documentation, and parent communication.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage student devices and campus technology, acting as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
