Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of office management or admissions experience.
• At least 1 year of experience within a proprietary school or career education environment.
• Experience supporting campus operations, student services, or administrative functions.
• Strong understanding of organizational processes, compliance, and operational accountability.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across multiple departments and functional areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Commitment to education, student success, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Campus Executive Director in leadership and administration of campus operations.
• Supervise department leaders, including Financial Aid, Bursar, and Career Services.
• Coordinate across Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Services, Career Services, Registrar, and other campus departments to improve communication.
• Monitor departmental productivity, staffing needs, and operational performance.
• Provide coverage during vacancies within Financial Aid, Student Services, and Registrar functions.
• Support compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Assist with accreditation reporting, reviews, audits, and policy updates.
• Track attendance and support payroll processes with accurate reporting.
• Assist with employee grievances and resolution of staff and student concerns.
• Partner with Corporate HR, Marketing, Compliance on staffing and campus initiatives.
• Support a positive, student-centered campus culture focusing on accountability and collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive environment for students and employees.
• Remain flexible to support campus needs outside regular hours.
