The Assistant Campus Director at Premier High School of Laredo, part of ResponsiveEd, supports the Campus Director by coordinating operational and academic needs, including attendance, testing, facilities, and teacher supervision. This role focuses on implementing the academic program and developing a positive school culture.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), teaching or administrator certification preferred, and 4+ years of teaching experience.
Location: Premier High School of Laredo, TX.
The Assistant Director will support the Campus Director by coordinating operational and academic needs of the campus related to meeting state and local requirements including support services, testing, attendance, facilities, and academic requirements. The Assistant Director will assist the Director with the implementation of the academic program, discipline of students and supervision and mentoring of faculty as well as the development of a positive school culture. This position does not meet the qualifications for TIA eligibility.
