Qualificações

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at the university and in good academic standing.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess professional telephone etiquette, including answering incoming calls, screening and forwarding calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, and responding to inquiries.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a professional office environment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to assist with administrative tasks, daily office operations, departmental events, outreach activities, and faculty research activities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle departmental information appropriately.
• Previous office, clerical, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Center and the Department of Public Health within the College of Health Sciences.
