Job summary

Lehigh Carbon Community College seeks an experienced network and cybersecurity administrator to manage LAN/WAN/WLAN environments and security tooling on the campus. The role includes firewall orchestration, vulnerability management, IAM, and incident response, reporting to the Assistant Director of Network and Security.

The position is full-time, on-campus, Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours work to support critical IT services and security tasks.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of enterprise-level network and/or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with multi-vendor network and security equipment.
• Strong CLI administration across enterprise switches/routers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the institution's LAN/WAN/WLAN network and security infrastructure.
• Administer firewall rules, VPN, IAM, NAC, and vulnerability management.
• Assist in cybersecurity incident response and security awareness initiatives.
• Produce technical docs and diagrams; coordinate with internal and third-party teams.
