Job summary

Epic seeks a network engineer to install, configure, and support campus and cloud networks. You’ll evaluate technology and influence changes in Epic's internal infrastructure. Our global network uses Cisco and other vendors; you’ll design WAN connectivity, configure firewall rules, and implement modern switching platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with campus and cloud networks.
• Interest or experience with switches, routers, access points, and UPSes.
• Proficiency with Cisco enterprise hardware; CCNA/CCNP helpful.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support our campus and cloud networks.
• Evaluate technology and influence changes in Epic's internal infrastructure.
• Investigate and implement modern switching and routing platforms; design and troubleshoot WAN connectivity.
• Configure firewall rules and manage network security.
• Embrace infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible to deploy changes.
