Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
• Experience with Aruba, Cisco, and related enterprise networking platforms.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and wireless networking.
• Ability to interpret logs and diagnose networking issues.
• Commitment to documentation and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational health and reliability of campus network infrastructure.
• Review, test, and maintain network SOPs.
• Install, configure, and maintain Aruba switching and wireless infrastructure.
• Deploy and troubleshoot wireless APs and related infrastructure.
• Manage network data closets, IP addresses, and inventories.
• Collaborate with security teams on firewall logs and investigations.
• Occasionally provide on-site support for campus events.
