InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Ministry Team Leader to oversee a team of campus ministers, reporting to the Area Ministry Director. The role focuses on spiritual leadership, pastoral supervision, and the campus work carried out by the ministry team.

The position emphasizes developing student leaders, recruiting staff, and engaging regularly with students to teach Scripture and foster spiritual growth within a diverse campus community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three years campus ministry or equivalent work experience required.
• Willing to receive ongoing training.
• Ability to contribute to an open and supportive relationship with team members.
• Ability to develop a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to work in a diverse team environment.
• Ministry skills including communicating spiritual vision, teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral supervision to the campus ministry team.
• Lead the local ministry team and recruit campus staff candidates strategically.
• Engage in ministry with students, teaching scriptural principles and discipling others.
• Oversee administration, budgeting, and compliance with policies.
• Develop partnerships with ministry supporters and churches.
