InterVarsity Press is seeking a Campus Staff Minister for UW-Eau Claire, Undergraduate Ministry, with a remote work setup in the USA. The role centers on spiritual growth, campus leadership, missional development, and collaboration with staff and faculty to renew campuses and form witnessing communities.

You will guide students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship, setting annual goals to grow conversions and leadership.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement and conduct standards.
• Belief and conduct aligned with InterVarsity policies.
• Proficiency with standard office software and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work with diverse ethnic communities and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus ministry in alignment with InterVarsity’s vision and core values.
• Develop leadership, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences.
• Set annual goals with teams for growth and conversions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and national leaders; report progress.
