Job summary

InterVarsity Campus Staff Minister role in South Carolina focuses on growing witnessing communities among students and faculty who follow Jesus on college campuses. This full-time position emphasizes spiritual maturity, leadership, and cross-cultural engagement on campus.

You will collaborate with Area Directors, supervise interns, and plan programs to reach new campuses while raising financial support and partnering with alumni and churches.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth and discipleship for personal and ministry development.
• Lead and develop witnessing communities among students and faculty.
• Set annual ministry goals with teams and track progress.
• Collaborate with local, area, and national staff to maximize impact.
• Raise needed financial support and engage ministry partners.
• Supervise interns and coordinate campus ministry activities.
