Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a full‑time Campus Staff Minister to lead witnessing communities on Colorado campuses. You will guide students and faculty in spiritual growth, leadership development, and ministry planning, aiming to multiply campus ministries and partnerships.

The role emphasizes fundraising, theological alignment, and collaboration with national leaders. Travel to campuses and participation in events are expected as part of the ministry’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus; an Associate’s degree required for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to minister to diverse communities and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ and lead campus ministry teams.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor; build partnerships and donors.
• Collaborate with supervisors and national leaders to multiply witnessing communities and campuses.
• Affiliate chapters under your care and participate in conferences as required.
