InterVarsity Press in Minnesota seeks a Campus Staff Minister to cultivate witnessing communities across Twin Cities campuses. You will lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship, aiming to expand the ministry’s reach and depth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on a four-year campus.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree for a two-year campus or community college.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead witnessing communities on college campuses.
• Lead and mentor students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship.
• Collaborate with national InterVarsity staff and local teams.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor.
