Job summary

Decision Point is seeking Ohio-area Campus Ministry Staff to coach students in campus outreach and to build partnerships with local churches and youth leaders. The role involves significant field time, travel in Ohio and beyond, and active fundraising as part of ministry support.

Ideal candidates are evangelical believers with strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a vision for expanding gospel impact across campuses and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience: Ministry experience in church or para‑church setting preferred.
• Travel: This role will include consistent travel in the Ohio area and some travel around the nation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• You will coach students on a regular basis who are eager to reach their peers for Christ and establish and maintain relationships with youth pastors and leaders in the local churches and community.
• Campus Ministry staff are in the field most of the week, with 50-75% field time during the ministry year (Sept–May).
• You’ll be a great candidate if you love the gospel, are a strong communicator, and can lead and grow a team to advance on campuses and in churches.
