InterVarsity Press seeks a Campus Ministry Associate for the Greater Los Angeles (Undergraduate) Greek chapter. Work location is California Southern, and the position is part-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for four-year campuses; Associate's degree required for two-year campuses.
• Prior experience with InterVarsity or campus ministry preferred.
• Willing to receive training to become a Campus Staff Minister.
• Ability to contribute to an open and supportive relationship with ministry team members.

Responsibilities

• Be a maturing disciple and model spiritual practices on campus.
• Teach students to study Scripture and apply it to life.
• Assist in campus ministry leadership and vision development.
• Support pastoral care for student and faculty leaders on campus.
• Develop and lead ministry projects, conferences and budgets.
