InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Arkansas seeks a Campus Staff Minister in a part-time, one- to two-year training role. The Campus Ministry Associate will be assigned work based on skills identified during the application process and will receive intensive training while exercising ministerial functions consistent with a Campus Staff Minister.

Qualifications

• Annual affirmation of InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and conduct.
• Experience with InterVarsity or campus ministry preferred (including as a student).
• Willing to receive training to become Campus Staff Minister.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and support for student or leadership teams and individuals.
• Recruit students and faculty and lead conferences and projects.
• Perform administrative tasks and comply with policies and procedures.
• Develop ministry leadership with students and faculty.
• Engage in fundraising and maintain positive relations with ministry partners.
