Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with operations, culinary, retail, merchandising, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an annual marketing plan and budget for the campus.
• Create promotions and campaigns to boost sales across dining operations.
• Maintain regular communications with clients and campus community.
• Conduct and analyze consumer research, market conditions, and competitor information.
• Manage the dining brand’s digital strategy and online presence.
• Coordinate feedback programs and analyze results to improve services.
