Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager to lead a leasing team onsite and collaborate with the Property Manager to achieve revenue, occupancy and retention goals. You will train staff, develop marketing plans and manage campaigns to attract residents from college communities.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven marketing, and cross-functional collaboration with property leadership. Onsite work in Ithaca, NY with potential growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, real estate or related field.
• Experience in multifamily industry with sales, leasing or management preferred.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in social networking including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & Twitter.
• Ability to read and write English fluently; computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with brand management to ensure consistent community-level representation.
• Analyze sub-market trends and develop marketing and advertising plans.
• Review targeting strategy, lead generation quality, V advertising, and collateral for relevance.
• Supervise lease-up events, renewals, and property events; build campus relationships.
• Develop annual property marketing plans and resident programs.
• Utilize established marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and maintain accurate prospect/ leasing data.
