• Bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Ability to create and edit photos and videos.
• Experience with AP writing style and content development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, advertising, and public relations projects across platforms to engage target audiences.
• Write, edit, and proofread AP-style content for varied audiences.
• Develop and execute campaigns to enhance visibility, student recruitment, retention, and completion.
• Share the El Paso Community College story and content for internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce content across social media, digital, print, and multimedia channels; design graphics, photos, and videos.
• Organize and promote college events and collaborate with departments to drive engagement with measurable outcomes.
