Job summary

Texas A&M University invites applications for a Student Worker - Marketing Services Assistant at the RSC. You’ll gain hands-on experience creating and producing marketing materials for the RSC and campus organizations, learning marketing, graphic design, print production, customer service, and project management.

No prior experience is required; we’ll provide training. Roles are part-time, up to 19 hours per week during the semester, with potential full-time work during breaks or summer while

Responsibilities

• Create the Content — Assist with basic graphic design, marketing projects, and preparation of print-ready files.
• Make It Happen — Produce posters, banners, signage, and other large-format materials using professional printing equipment.
• Finish the Job — Trim, organize, prepare, and package completed customer orders.
• Promote the RSC — Support RSC events, promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Serve the Customer — Provide friendly, professional service to students, faculty, staff, and campus organizations.
• Learn the Tools — Develop skills using marketing software, printers, and professional production equipment.
• Support the Team — Work independently and alongside Marketing Services Leads, Supervisors, and other RSC staff.
