Job summary

Qualifications
- High school graduation or GED.
- Three years of journey-level maintenance experience.
- Class C Driver's License.
- If not a Texas resident, obtain Texas Driver's License within 30 days of moving.
Responsibilities
- Perform journey level work in repair, maintenance and installation of carpentry, plumbing, welding, painting, concrete and HVAC systems.
- Assist in ordering, estimating and organizing project work.
- Provide training and supervision to coworkers and helpers.
- Communicate effectively via cell phone, SMS and email.
- Clean garages as needed and work overtime or weekends when required.
