Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years journey-level maintenance experience.
• Class C Driver’s License; must obtain Texas license within 30 days if not a Texas resident.
• Ability to operate UT vehicle and maintain driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level work in carpentry, plumbing, welding, painting, concrete and HVAC systems.
• Assist in ordering, estimating, and organizing projects; train and supervise coworkers.
• Communicate effectively by cell, SMS and email; clean garages when staff is limited.
