Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Three years’ experience with related systems.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• General and craft maintenance of all campus buildings, including residence halls.
• Care for campus grounds, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and seasonal landscaping.
• Handle snow and ice removal with machine and by hand; ensure campus safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Support events, projects, conferences, and planned utility outages on campus.
