Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation of all facility systems.
• Perform a wide range of repairs—from minor carpentry to complex troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular hazard inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
