Qualifications

• Must be able to perform and handle multi-tasks.
• 5 years facilities related prior experience.
• Customer service oriented, prompt, efficient, and committed to quality.
• Advanced maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to safely drive a golf cart or similar vehicle.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance.
• Electrical repair.
• Appliance repair.
• Lock/key maintenance.
• On call for maintenance emergencies.
• Reports to director of maintenance and operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
